Retreat Terms & Conditions
REPLENISH RETREAT

You understand that you must have a current passport to enter Costa Rica, and that your passport must be valid through at least March 28, 2026. You will receive a visa stamp at entry.
You understand that this is shared group experience and that there will be times when personal stories are shared. This is a safe space for everyone to be heard without being given unsolicited feedback, suggestions and so forth.
You agree to treat everyone, including fellow retreatants, drivers and guides, and Tabacon Thermal Resort & Spa staff and guests with the utmost kindness.
After the retreat, you understand that you can share about your own experience, but you will keep the personal stories of others private with the understanding that what happens in group, stays in group.
You understand and agree that you will be subscribed to the emailing list and will receive email communications related to the retreat, as well as our newsletter and information about future programs. If you do not wish to receive communications that are not specifically about this retreat, then please send an email to support@julieloomis.com and let us know. This will ensure that you’ll receive necessary communications regarding the retreat.
You understand that if you are registering for a double room that you are receiving a special discounted price based on sharing a room with the companion of your choice, and that if you decide to change to a private room, if a private room is available and regardless of the reason, then you agree to pay the $1000 difference.

To reserve your participation in the retreat, an initial non-refundable deposit of $800 is required upon registration. We will contact you within 2-3 weeks following your deposit to arrange for the payment of the remaining balance. Please be advised that the total retreat cost of $4800 for a private room, or $3800 for a shared room, must be paid in full by August 4, 2025. Failure to complete payment by this date will result in forfeiture of your reservation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please note that the initial deposit of $800 is non-refundable under any circumstances. For cancellations received before August 4, 2025, 50% of the total funds paid beyond the initial deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made on or after August 4, 2025, will result in a total loss of all funds paid, including the initial deposit. In the event that we must cancel the retreat due to not meeting the minimum required number of participants, we will do so no later than 28 days prior to the event. Under such circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all funds paid, including the initial deposit.
