My Favorite Things
Dr. Joe is one of my all time favorite authors and presenters. He travels around the world teaching people how to make significant changes in their lives by literally changing their brains - neuroscience meets quantum physics meets meditation.
I had the opportunity to participate in a day-long training with him at a recent event. I'm even more excited to attend his Progressive training yet this year, and, of course, his Advanced training in 2017.
I highly recommend that everyone check him out! Powerful stuff!
"What we think determines what happens to us, so if we want to change our lives, we need to stretch our minds."
~ Wayne Dyer
Working with my clients for so many years to coach them thru the organization process has been incredibly rewarding and downright fun. Again, though, there was a point where I knew it was time to take the next step.
That’s when I decided to attend coaching training thru CoachU and officially become a life coach. This prepared me to expand my audience to help people navigate thru challenges and changes in their own lives using everything that I had learned thru my own experience, as well as everything that I study.
I’m thrilled to be able to incorporate my true passions into working with so many fabulous people and to be able to help them create a life of their own design, break through seemingly impenetrable barriers and live their happiest life with a sense of peace and purpose.
My clients have told me that they feel so lucky to have met me. I feel like I am the lucky one, though, because I have the opportunity to help improve the quality of life for so many people. I’m filled with gratitude every day for all of the exciting people I meet, experiences I have, my amazing clients and being a part of so many incredible life transformations.
I absolutely love it!
In June 2004, I got my first passport stamp and did my first Habitat for Humanity Global Village build in Costa Rica. It was a life-changing trip! So profound of an experience that I could barely talk about it without tearing up. That’s when knew that it was time to make changes.
I began traveling to Costa Rica regularly, exploring the idea of life purpose, and studying dance, spirituality and entrepreneurial opportunities. Eventually, it was the right time for me to leave the corporate world to start my own company and to live a life of my own design. I have never questioned that decision.
