I've been there.
I thought having a corporate job was the only way to have financial stability and success. I thought that having a really great closet was going to make me feel beautiful. I'd set goals of getting to the gym 3x a week, and instead had that bowl of ice cream that I seemed to be swearing off every week. I felt miserable but I thought that was “just the way it was.” I thought it was normal to get up every morning and dread going into the office. I kept telling myself I’d start going to the gym “next week.”
But I got curious and started learning that just was totally and completely NOT true. I started unpacking my own issues and roadblocks and my life kept getting better and better. I was starting to create a life I wanted to live, according to my own internal values. I learned how to follow my own moral compass and make choices and build habits that were right for me.

There are so many power struggles and heated debates happening in the world right now. Unless you live in the woods and don’t listen to the news or go on social media, there’s really no escaping it.
