A Note from Julie

You may not know this about me, but I’m a multi-passionate person and it’s pretty typical for me to have a LOT going on. At times, it’s been more than any one person can (or should) manage, and where I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get it all done. Nevermind taking time to actually live my life!

This leaves me with no choice but to hone in on what my priorities are and make tough decisions. I regularly check-in with myself to dive deep into pinpointing where I’m spending time, where I need to be spending time, and what I need to do in order to reclaim and maintain MY agenda.

I make having fun and connecting with others my top priority. I stay rooted in my self-care practices, which help me show up energized and wholeheartedly engaged. And, I regularly get crystal clear on which projects were priorities, and which would have to wait or not be done at all.

Things certainly don’t seem to be slowing down in life, and I’m never lacking in things to do, so I know that this knowledge will support me in the future. I have no doubt that you can relate to what I’m saying and that you’ll benefit from learning more. I know it’s challenging to take time out for yourself when there’s so much to do, but you deserve to carve this time out for yourself.
