THE SETTING

We’ll gather at Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, Wisconsin—just four hours from the Twin Cities and seven from Chicago, but it’ll feel a world away. Recently named a top destination by Condé Nast Traveler (#14 Destination Spa Resort in 2024 and #3 Resort in the Midwest in 2023), this peaceful, design-forward retreat center is nestled along the shores of Lake Superior and surrounded by forest. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reflect, and reconnect.

Each retreatant will enjoy their own private suite—Scandinavian-inspired, cozy, and beautifully appointed for rest and restoration. A mix of queen and twin suites are available on a first come, first serve basis.

We’ll also have our own private group spaces for relaxing, connecting, and gathering for guided workshops and conversations. With inviting common areas, a serene Sauna Haus, and wooded trails that lead right into downtown Bayfield, everything about this setting encourages you to slow down and just be—making it the ideal home for our weekend together.
THE FOOD
Every meal is part of the nourishment you’ll receive this weekend—carefully crafted, deeply satisfying, and thoughtfully prepared to support both body and soul. Inspired by Ayurvedic principles and rooted in a whole-foods approach, each dish is designed to energize, ground, and delight. Meals emphasize seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with vibrant fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, herbs, and warming spices that work in harmony to leave you feeling nourished and restored—not weighed down.


Mornings begin with a light, nurturing start: creamy Greek yogurt with house-made granola, fresh fruit, and locally roasted Wonderstate coffee or artisan hot tea. A generous mid-morning brunch follows, offering dishes like vegetable quiche, almond-crust breakfast pie with roasted herbs, leafy greens, and fresh-baked breads—hearty and wholesome, without being heavy.
In the evenings, you’ll wind down with a delicious family-style dinner featuring dishes like Lake Superior ponzu salmon, roasted seasonal vegetables, warming curries, fresh salads, and decadent desserts like midnight brownies. It’s a nourishing end to the day—made to be savored.
If you have ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions or preferences, we got you. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure your needs are taken care of (no worries, anywhere!)


Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to complimentary coffee and tea, and for those moments when you want a little something extra, you can enjoy a handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktail infused with herbs and botanicals, a regional wine, or a locally brewed cider or beer. Whether you're sipping a green cucumber refresher or toasting the evening with something bubbly, the beverage offerings add a thoughtful touch of comfort and celebration to your retreat experience.

How will the sessions be delivered & what will they be like?Our sessions will be via Zoom (yes, with video, please!), and will be a combination of teaching concepts, exploring powerful questions and coaching. You will have the opportunity to receive coaching within each group session.

What happens if I miss a session?No sweat. While you will get the most out of this program when you attend each session live, life happens sometimes and things come up. Recordings will be available within the online membership area so you can listen anytime and from anywhere.

Are there any special offers or payment options?There are 3 options for joining, so you can decide which option is right for you. If you feel that you’d benefit from splitting the payment at the 6-month level into 2 payments, then please schedule an Alignment Session to explore that further.

What time/days will the sessions be?For the most part, the Monthly Group Coaching sessions will be from 12:00pm-1:00pm CT on Wednesdays at least twice per month, and the Inner Circle Sessions will be from 12:00pm-1:00pm CT on the opposite Fridays at least twice per month. Dates and times are subject to change from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via email and within the Community Space.
