Each day builds on the last to help you clear mental (and physical) clutter, reconnect with what really matters, and design your next chapter with clarity and courage.

Day 1–  Making Yourself a Priority Again

Stress shows up everywhere — at work, at home, in your schedule, and sometimes even in your own habits. It’s easy to lose yourself in the day-to-day demands and forget what you actually need. On Day 1, we’ll slow things down and take an honest look at where your time and energy are going, what’s working (and what’s not), and why putting yourself back on the list isn’t just a nice idea — it’s essential. You’ll start to see where small shifts can make space for more ease, clarity, and time for you again.

Day 2– Destress the Mess (Inside & Out) & Raise Your Energy

Whether we realize it or not, clutter and disorganization brings us down in multiple ways. The scary part is that we often stop even noticing the messes, even though they’re all around us. Discover what messes are eating up your energy and time and distracting you from the important things. (HINT: Those messes aren’t limited only to the physical stuff in your house!)

Day 3– Start Living Life More Fully (Now, Not Someday)

This final day is about giving yourself permission to want more — more ease, more time for you, more fun, more of what actually matters. You’ll reflect on what’s feeling good, what’s not, and what small, meaningful shifts you can make to move toward a life that feels lighter, more joyful, and truly your own. No pressure. No big overwhelming leaps. Just honest clarity, doable next steps, and the freedom to live in a way that feels good to you — right now.

  • How will the sessions be delivered & what will they be like?
    Our sessions will be via Zoom (yes, with video, please!), and will be a combination of teaching concepts, exploring powerful questions and coaching. You will have the opportunity to receive coaching within each group session.
  • What happens if I miss a session?
    No sweat. While you will get the most out of this program when you attend each session live, life happens sometimes and things come up. Recordings will be available within the online membership area so you can listen anytime and from anywhere.
  • Are there any special offers or payment options?
    There are 3 options for joining, so you can decide which option is right for you. If you feel that you’d benefit from splitting the payment at the 6-month level into 2 payments, then please schedule an Alignment Session to explore that further.
  • What time/days will the sessions be?
    For the most part, the Monthly Group Coaching sessions will be from 12:00pm-1:00pm CT on Wednesdays at least twice per month, and the Inner Circle Sessions will be from 12:00pm-1:00pm CT on the opposite Fridays at least twice per month. Dates and times are subject to change from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via email and within the Community Space.
